Selection procedure :The selection methodology will comprise written test (objective type consisting of three parts –General Aptitude, General knowledge and discipline knowledge) and personnel interview for assessment of different facts of knowledge skill, attitude and aptitude. The merit list for final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in written test and interview.

Service Agreement Bond :All the candidate selected for appointment will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lac) only for serving at least 03(three)
years in Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited to be submitted in the prescribed format at the time of joining.

Test Centres :Written examination shall be conducted at Ranchi and New Delhi and interview at New Delhi. The candidates have to indicate their preferences of taking the written test. However, the candidate could be allotted any of the centers by TVNL.
